"Submit Your Own Prop!"
Must be 18 or older to play. Donate $1 to Unbirthen'd the Movie by using the "Make a Donation" button below. $1 buys you a raffle ticket. Each raffle ticket purchased between May 10, 2007 and August 1, 2007 increases one's chances of winning the grand prize. A drawing will be held on or about August 5, 2007 and one lucky winner will get to send us one of their personal items to be shot as a prop in our upcoming production! Contest ends August 1, 2007.
Definition of "prop": a movable item, other than costumes or scenery, used on the set of a theater production, motion picture, etc.; any object handled or used by an actor in a performance.
OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES
1. Complete a minimum $1 donation via Paypal during the period beginning at 12 P.M. Pacific Time May 10, 2007 and ending at 12 P.M. Pacific Time August 1, 2007. All donations must be received during that period to be eligible to win. Neither Unbirthen'd the Movie or its personnel are responsible for their failure to receive donations due to transmission failures, technical malfunctions and/or other conditions beyond reasonable control.
2. ELIGIBILITY: You must be eighteen or over to donate and win, and a legal resident of, and currently living in the United States. Personnel and their immediate families of Unbirthen'd the Movie, and all of their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, collectively, the "Sponsors and Administrators") are not eligible. Only one winner will be selected.
3. LIMITATION ON LIABILITY: By entering this Contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, and agree to release the Sponsors and Administrators, and their employees, officers, agents and directors (the Sponsors and Administrators, and such others, collectively, the Released Parties), from any and all liability for injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from participation in this drawing and/or use or acceptance of the prize.
4. GENERAL CONDITIONS: This Contest is void where prohibited. Illegible, unintelligible or incomplete donations or responses will be disqualified. The Released Parties are not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, stolen or undelivered donations. The Released Parties are not responsible for technical, network, electronic, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any materials in the Contest. The Released Parties are not responsible for incomplete, garbled or delayed Internet/e-mail computer donations. In the event that technical or other circumstances compromise this drawing, Unbirthen'd the Movie reserves the right to cancel, modify or terminate the Contest, and/or to select a winner from all eligible donations received prior to the cancellation. The Released Parties are not responsible for typographical errors in the donation website or these rules. Unbirthen'd the Movie reserves the right to share donation information with any other Released Parties. The chosen winner will be asked to send us one prop with these specifications: A weight under 10 pounds and with dimensions no larger than 3' x 3' x 3' (H x W x L).
5. WINNER SELECTION: The Grand prizewinner will be selected on or about August 5, 2007 through a random drawing of all eligible donations received. This drawing will be held at the Unbirthen'd the Movie headquarters. All drawings will be conducted and judged by Unbirthen'd the Movie, whose decisions and interpretations of these Official Rules shall apply and be final and binding. The winner will be notified by e-mail and/or telephone. If a winner does not respond and meet the below requirements within one (3) business days of attempted contact, Unbirthen'd the Movie reserves the right to randomly select an alternate winner from the names of all donations that did not win a prize.
6. ADVERTISING: Except where prohibited by law or regulation, winner's acceptance of prize will constitute permission for Unbirthen'd the Movie and the other Released Parties to use winner's name, likeness, and statements for any purpose in reference to the Contest and this promotion without additional compensation, consideration or consent.
7. PRIZES: The winner will get to send us one prop to be filmed as part of our upcoming production (s&h provided)! Information on how to send the prop will be sent to the winner via email and/or telephone with their winner notification. The prop must be no larger than 3' x 3' x 3' (H x W x L) and weigh 10 lbs. or less.
8. ODDS OF WINNING: The number of eligible donations received determines the odds of winning the grand prize. The prize is not transferable, assignable nor redeemable for cash. All Federal, State and Local laws and regulations apply. The winner will be responsible for all Federal, State or other applicable taxes in connection with the receipt of prizes.
