Now that we're cast, we want to shoot 4 scenes in the middle of June, from which we can edit a
trailer, to coincide with our soon-
coming media proliferation, per the
Internet. We're going to the land in Pleasant Hill every weekend to setup the campsite that the characters will be using (including enough wood for a huge bonfire). We've been measuring, and marking off paths for though the woods tracking shots... It's a lot of work already.
The new images I've been promising are online now as well. We have new creature progress pics:

BarracudaSwamp(we had a cabin, but the guy that owned it wanted $4000 for us to use it for 3 days... very greedy/devious old man)
And even BRAND new...
Props!
The actor's
auditions should *crosses fingers* be up and presented in our own 'image
viewer' (
hehe) by this time next week. At least the footage, if not the 'on site' image viewer thingy-idea. Speaking of the cast, I'm having my first meeting with two of the actresses (Megan
Lutsock and Nicole
Trobaugh) tonight, so we can begin to discuss motivation, background and such. We should have images and bios for all of our cast (as well as all the new people in our other departments, as there are many) available within the next couple of weeks. Per this, I'd like to
congratulate all the actors who 'made it' onto our project...

We still have to make a decision per who's playing the Eric character. We have two actors vying, and the final audition per, just happened yesterday. More on that next update.
Oh... and we've decided against the 'Rave' fundraiser, as we couldn't find a location quickly enough and now that we're getting ready to shoot, we're diverting most of our energy towards that end. We ARE planning a couple of online fundraisers
though, including a raffle (want to have your
kid's framed picture or
granddad's winning baseball bat featured as a prop in our Horror Film?) and possibly even an eBay auction (want to be IN our Horror Movie?) coming soon...
PS: We've decided that I'm going to direct, as it only makes sense to keep it as simple/cheap as possible...
