One last '06 post...

Well tonight's our unofficial New Year's Party at Matt and Jess's (Her link is currently dead, but she's right below him). The final line-up bandwise is, Unknown Band on first, then "Sealed in Skin" and last but DEFINATELY not least (the band I'm really excited to catch again) "The Athiarchists". Two guys that make more noise then a lot of five pieces I've seen. They're INTENSE as SHIT!!! We'll have images available in a week or so. Project-wise, there's still not too much to update per our aforementioned 'Holiday Lull'... There are plenty of things ABOUT to begin over the next week though, as we ready ourselves to plunge heads first into the new year. The website will continue to populate at a quicker rate... about an update a week. In the few sections still spare of content, the next update will bring ETA's on their planned 'live' dates and a few sections are getting rearranged a bit. We're going to address the IE browser 'wonkiness' that exists in a couple places, as well. (FIREFOX DOWNLOAD) By the end of February, we should have a fairly meaty amount of goodies to peruse. I'm going to be adding captions to the photobucket content over the next couple of weeks, and Jake should be finishing up the auditions around that time as well... so the chosen actor's auditions should be available through here, on YouTube by the end of January. More effects will be generated and we're planning to shoot one scene in Febrary, from which we'll assemble a trailor that we've written, that should be available sometime in March... So, BOOKMARK US (right click and choose "Bookmark This Link...") and click there often!

Holiday Lull........

The good news is that we've finally found someone to take over the website duties... our own Production Assistant and ex-"Jen", Amy Prince, who's doing a fanTAStic job. The site is now being updated weekly... except for the next couple of weeks, due to holiday schedules. That's the bad news... Ironic timing, no? We should have a few scenes available in PDF format in the "Media" area before that happens, and after the 1st, we'll have auditions available in quicktime format there as well. The Forum will be up in January (finally), and we're planning our first Street Team activity to coincide with this, to compel people to populate/participate in it. All of the parts are now cast, (with thanks to our new actors, Brandy Wilson, Chip Sherman, and Cory Weimer, who will be portraying "Sarah", "Lucas" and "Josh", respectively) except those of "Eric" and "Jen". And there are three actresses currently vying for that role. There's also a non-official "Unbirhten'd" party being planned at Matt and Jess's place... see the Events calendar on the "Production" page for details (more to be added in the next week). Our friends, The Athiarchists will be playing with two other groups TBA. Anyone in the Eugene, Or. area that night are welcomed to attend! Along with the actors, I'd like to welcome our new cinematographer, Garren Larue, Web Presence Coordinator, Arnie Heitz, Locations Manager Eric Brackett and sculpter, Louis Nosce... He and Mari will be joining forces to sculpt the Mind Flayer face! MUCH will be added over the next month (again, after the holiday lull...), so check back often!

Website woes...

Apologies to anyone who's visited our site looking for new content in the past month... we've had a little technical difficulties and have now resolved them. New context and updates will now continue, roughly 1x per week. Our "info@unbirthendthemovie.com" address linked below, that to this point has been non-existant, is now 'real' as well, at "mindswing.net", as well as our "invest@" address. There will be large updates per content organization as well, every month to two. So the actor's auditions, the names of the new ones (all parts are currently cast or within a descision between competing people per, except for the female lead), several new positions and a new department (Locations) have been added to our mix as well, and will soon be available on this website. Much more information will be up in the next two weeks, we promise!! Oh, and our Forum should be up by year's end... '^.^,
